This document sets out the general terms and conditions (the 'Terms') for using the VoltMonridje platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or carrying out transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on VoltMonridje you expressly and fully accept these Terms. Use of VoltMonridje is permitted only for adults aged 18 and over. Minors or persons lacking full legal capacity must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement, we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
Platform operation may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without creating claims against VoltMonridje.
All platform content – texts, graphics, design, software, algorithms, brands, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of VoltMonridje or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification details, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via VoltMonridje – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and undertaken at your own risk. VoltMonridje provides technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and may result in the total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will notify you in good time (normally at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
